Due to change in operating process parameters, fire or explosion hazards,
updating of plant instrumentation, it is often necessary to convert valve
from existing type to another type. Protrol has design skill, material,

Change of Cv value
Change in flow Characteristics.
Change of valve action from air to open / close or vice a versa .
Change of MOC of trim set from one metal to another.
Conversion of pressure balanced trim to unbalanced trim or vice a versa.
Conversion of manual valve to pneumatic / electrically operated .
Conversion of on-off valve to control duty valve.
Change of actuators to meet the warranted P conditions.
