Cleaning of valve parts and its suitability
for further use or its replacement or
modification to upgrade the performance.
Skin machining on plug and seat contact, lapping
and establishing perfect seating contact.
Reconditioning of plug, seat, cage by depositing tough metal / stelliting hard facing. If so warranted.
Replacement of gland packing, gaskets and seal rings.
Re-assembly of valve body, mounting of actuators, travel checking, actuators bench set checking etc.
Hydrostatic and seat leakage Test and inspection of valves w.r.t prevailing latest standards.(ANSIB16-104)
Functional Test on gland, joint and final calibration with valve positioner.
Scrutinizing cause of valve failure and providing client with expert recommendation for eliminating the cause / reoccurrence.
