Protrol a well known valve servicing division is fully equipped with all the modern valve testing facilities. The thorough testing of control valve is crucial, if the valve is to be expected to operate reliably & maintain its designed characteristics for long periods under actual operating conditions. Hydrostatic test is carried out on all valves to ensure that it means the testing requirements against its primary pressure and temperature rating.

In addition to this, seat leakage and gland leakage testing is carried out to ensure satisfactory operation with necessary adjustments, wherever so warranted. When test is satisfactorily completed a test certificate is issued.

Finally, after testing , each valve is painted with modern, high corrosion resistance paint, specific shade for specific application as per customers request.
